FEES AND REBATES:
Fees are charged depending on:
• assessment type
• length of therapeutic session
• the issues identified.
A standard home visit for an hour would be $170. (This is within 10km from our location)
Therapy in therapy room for 1 hour would be $150
Shorter treatment may attract lesser fees.
Complex issues may attract higher fees.
Initial assessments may be longer than the standard 1 hour and extra fees may apply.

Mental Health
Some clients are eligible for Medicare rebates through a Mental Health treatment plan (Better Access to Mental Health) through a Psychiatrist, Paediatrician or GP.

Chronic condition
GP management plan (Chronic disease management / Enhanced Primary care plan)

Private Health funds
Most private health funds will provide rebates for Occupational Therapy. The level or amount they will cover is very individual, so please contact your Health Fund to gain more information about the rebate you’ll receive.
NDIS:
Absolute OT provides NDIS services to self-managed and plan-managed clients.

TRAVEL:
All rates are inclusive of travel fee within 10km radius from our location. (Additional travel fee may apply if you are living out of these ranges. Please inquire with us about this fee).
​
REPORTS:
There are extra fees for reports. (a standard report is $120)

CANCELLATION FEES
Failure to notify us 24 hours before your appointment may result in a cancellation fee.
For genuine illness/inability to attend, a session will be re-booked within a week.
